How can I register?
To Register simply click on Membership on the home page, find out more on the packages
and thier benefits, then click on "click here", that will take you to the registeration page.

 

How are discounts calculated?
Discount really relates to sales, if you have a sale coming up, you
can enter the discount on the item, using the backend tool, by clicking
on the viewitems tab.
The Discount will be deducted from the set price, for example if you
have an item for $100 with a discount of 5%, the shopper pays $95.
What will be displayed on your store will be the item with a price tag
of $100 with a discount of 5%.

 

Delivery Method?
Goods will be delivered using Mainly Fed-ex, the Fed-ex tracking number will be
Included in the email, the delivery should take between 3 - 7 business days at the most. For shipment tracking visit www.Fedex.com.

 

What do I do when I have reached the maximum number of Items that I can have in my store?
If you have Silver or Gold package, you can opt for an upgrade. This will allow you
to have more items in your store.

 

Do I need to continuosly manage my inventory?
Yes, you have to. The reason is that, when a customer buys item(s) from your store,
the number of quantities purchased are deducted from your store. This is to protect
you, so that you are not selling what you don't have or what you've ran out of stock of.

 

Will Items in my store be displayed if I have zero(0) quantity for a particular Item?
No it will not be displayed, since you zero(0) quauntities left.

 

Can I replace an Image if I am not satisfied with the image I have?
Yes you can, using the backnend tool, you can click on the viewitems tab,
then click on the item number, that will display the current image, you can then
replace that image by checking the box "Replace Image".

 

Can I shop at different stores?
Sure you can, once you've found items you want to buy from different stores, simply add them to your shopping
cart, when you've finsihed shopping, you can then check out.

 

Can I link my website to my store at VirtualStall?
You can link to your store from another website. All you need is to place a link
on that site, for example, if your client ID is 123, then the link will be
http://www.virtualstall.com?CID=123. Once an interested shopper clicks on that link,
it brings them directly to your store.

 

When do I set my sales?
You can set your sales anytime you want to. Emails will be sent out based on the
date range set for your sales.
