Gold: At $499.00 per Year, allows you to have a maximum of 100 items in your store.
Platinum : At $799.00 per Year, allows you have a maximum of 200 items in your store.

| There are two options of payment to sellers. Direct deposit or PayPal. |

| Direct Deposit. |
A Direct deposit will be made to seller's account once the items are shipped,
since it's an echeck Process, it might take 2-3 business days to process.
Transaction Fee:
A transaction fee of 7% + (0.30cents per Item sold), will be charged to your Virtualstall account.

| PayPal. |
Payments will be made in a lump sum at the Beginning of the business week (Every Monday)
for the previous week. This is done to minimize the transactions incurred during regular transactions.
Transaction Fee:

A $1 fee will be deducted from your account, for Paypal's Mass Pay transaction each time a payment is made to your paypal account.

| Sales Agent: |

We are currently seeking regional sales agents, the agents get a fee for
signing up a Seller, they then get a small percentage for every item
that the Seller sells. Due to the potential high volume of transactions
involved, the sales agent will be required to pay a nominal fee per year.
